New For 2010: AGROTAIN ULTRA
AGROTAIN ULTRA is a more concentrated form of AGROTAIN, with a rate reduced from 4 qts/ton urea to 3 qts /ton or 2 qts/ton UAN to 1.5 qts/ton UAN. AGROTAIN ULTRA offers all the same valuable benefits of AGROTAIN, controlling nitrogen loss for higher nitrogen efficiency and yields just like the original, but with less to mix, handle and store.
The primary benefit dealers and growers will experience is a drier blend that improves handling characteristics in application equipment. This should help speed the process of application and eliminate hassles.
The changes made with the introduction of AGROTAIN ULTRA are part of AGROTAIN International’s corporate effort to improve sustainability. By reducing the volume of inert materials in our formulation, we have been able to reduce the amount of storage, transportation, and handling required throughout the delivery system while maintaining the performance of AGROTAIN Technology in the field.
The transition to AGROTAIN ULTRA will occur over the 2010 growing season, but both the previous formulation of AGROTAIN and AGROTAIN ULTRA were produced for use in 2010.
